Only ten percent of all attorneys in Texas are Board Certified in any practice area, and fewer than one percent are Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Board Certification is a mark of excellence and a distinguishing accomplishment. Board Certified lawyers are the only attorneys allowed by the State Bar of Texas to publicly represent themselves as a specialist in a select area of the law.
