The government of India has been repeatedly making threats against various websites including the famous Facebook, Yahoo! and Gmail, threatening to block access to these services if they were to continue to exist. It is clear from this that the use of such services to get hold of information about another person is illegal, but why is it that many people still access websites using these methods?
