I am sorry, I was overly harsh. I just think we should be more appreciative of Mikkel's efforts.

Oh no..you wasn't. Here in the OB-Forum that was a very nice kind of answer.
Mikkel created a very good game and he got my respect for this. But he will never be successful with it if he keeps ignoring the wishes and the suggestions of his own players.
And if he writes that after this wish comes another etc. he should clearly say: "Guys..i will put this singleplayer in the game but if you people come with another thing then i take it away again". I bet it would be dead silent then...

I think this issue should be resolved. Your right Mikkel about things being never ending but there are things that you could avoid and things you shouldn't. Most of the things you just mentioned you dont have to do but you could do lol and it would help.

Also Single player is something that WOULD in my opinion make a difference. There are reasons for why it would make people stay NOW and not have done before.

Also why change it? its like you had something there which was perfectly good what's so hard about putting it back? thats the other reason youshould do it. People want you to do something to change it, and help people stay and eventually make a more popular game. If you start cooperating and doing these things people will be more enthusiatic about the game. And it is the Enthusiasm that will make other people stay. The Players will make them stay, it all makes a difference and rubs off mate.

Listen to them, and do it.

There is a reason this game is the way it is in my opinion, and it is your lack of enthusiasm.

Mikkel wrote:Its like if I fix one thing, people just want me to fix the next. If I fix singleplayer, people will just ask about something else. Like leagues, automated tournaments, more faces, bodytypes, backgrounds, new punches etc etc.
It just never stops.
I see your point with singleplayer though..but I think you overestimate its value for new players.
Singleplayer was there for years, and it didnt really bring more players in.

Leagues - Don't need to worry about that , and possibly for the future?

Automated Tournaments - Same as Leagues, again it's nice and something to think about long into the future, but u need to prioritize things, there are things that NEED to be done and there are 'improvements' which u can think about later

Bodytypes, Backrounds - Don't need to think about this at all

New Punches - Definately Not

New Hairstyles, Shorts Colours - Possibly Again in the future.

SinglePlayer - This is something which is more of a necessity and you should think about.

Punch Stats - Percentages of punches landed Per round. Possibly for the future.

I think you're right and you don't get enough credit you deserve. You probably think I'm putting you down wen I say those things about enthusiasm but im not. You definitely have done loads of quality work that isn't recognized but I just think your only means of reward for that is to get money through popularity of this game SOMEHOW, and I would assume advertising. I think others agree and this is why they are so enthusiastic about it and support this idea.

I just see what it would take to Slowly gain popularity and I mean Slow. It would be a long hard slug of different things Just to get it to a 'normal' amount of ppl, or how it was.. but I believe that wen u do that, It does Not take much more to go from there to a comparatively Larger Success and popularity Mikkel. It is Definately a test of patience, hard work and Trust/ Faith Mikkel. But there are certain things which are More important to be done to start with and more essential. You need to prioritize these things and build it up slowly knowing and trusting things will improve.

The freezes and Spam have been the first 2 of 3 in my opinion and Hats off to you for doing that, much respect. - SinglePlayer being the 3rd.

I Definately believe ppls attitude will change towards the game if you do this and help ppl stay on when they join but pp.'s attitude needs to change Anyway. What Keeps New People on when they Join is You (Anyone playing) When someone Joins and asks how u play? How u fight? and how u punch? And ppl ignore them they Leave. Or just responding in general. A Blank text Box with not even seein the game makes for someone not to understand the game at all and just go. Ppl have gotta be more welcomin in general but doing improvements will help All these things and so many things in general that will increase numbers. If only you could see it

All Hail Mikkel.

Time-Switch!! 20 years later...

The players of OB2D ask mikkel to insert singleplayer. Same amount of players (2-3 active guys) for OB2D because he never recognized the potential of this 2D game. Same amount of players (0 active guys) for OB3D because noone cares about that accident.

Mikkels answer:
"I can see it..yet I don't have time because of 3D right now."

LMFAO!! Really, i love this guy!

You're the one who needs a reality check. Games been online more than 10 years. Singleplayer at least online 5-6 years.
Where are the millions of players you talk about ?

Anyway, going to put it on then..but might take a month or two. And you gotta live with the sucky AI.

And herein lies the problem. You've just said you know what the problem is, Why don't you do anything about it. You have identified it and prefer to spend your time squabbling in a forum and doing things you don't wanna even do you Fucking Moron.

I have Offered You Countless times to help with Marketing OB and Advertising on a Serious Level, and you have ignored me, or not given/shown me any correspondence / Support / Enthusiasm or Incentive of any Kind.

This Post of Mikkels I Have Highlighted does Not only show Mikkels Attitude as a Whole But is the Very reason for why OB is the way it is, is not going to change and OB's future.

He has shown he knows what the problem is.

The last message from me that you 'couldn't open' was me saying - in following up our messages regarding me helping u / trying to help you with advertising - that I cannot help u with it because of the above Reason.

Thank you mikkel to give us the Singleplayer back. The sucky AI does not matter because i really think it hooks new players.
But think about your advertising-strategy once again. You got a great game with much potential. They just dont know that it exists.
